I run because there is no pharmaceutical product on the market that can replicate the high of finishing a long, strenuous run. Luckily it’s an addiction where the side affects are soreness and sweaty cloths. Running is a way for me to push my limits to the red line and see how much I can handle. Most of my best friends are runners (or former runners) because they’re plain good people and are fun to be around. Simply, running is amazing.
