I got into running as a form of meditation, to release the stress of carrying a full load and working (2) jobs while working on my Bachelor’s Degree. Later I started using it to raise funds for various charities.
The best part of pacing for ARC, is meeting new people who have the same love for the sport. And who knows like Trisha I might meet my soul mate.
My greatest running achievement was a 30 minute PR, in 2010.
