Personal Information

I’m all about clean living & sports nutrition. I believe fitness is a lifestyle and health is an attitude. I’ve been a private swim instructor since 2006. After years of cross-country and track, I dabbled in triathlon in 2011 and have been addicted to the sport ever since. But running was my first love and what I consider to be the most raw, liberating human movement. You don’t need anything to run…but your body and mind.
